She is a Seasoned and accomplished educationist, extensively exposed in leadership role in career advising, honed with over 10 years of education sector experience in the UAE and Indian subcontinent. Able to deliver sustainable and result oriented career guidance to over 500 students from year 7 to year 13, and incisively identify and consolidate upon new career opportunities for students by leveraging influential university networks across the world
Sophia is a postgraduate in Sociology and Human Resources Management with relevant experience in training, teaching, counseling, mentoring and people management. This includes 4 years of experience as a secondary teacher and head of year In a renowned school in Dubai
With expertise in Career Counselling, Training and Coaching, Tripti has several years of experience in education, counselling and communications. She is a double post graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master’s in Psychology. She has several years of corporate and training experience with reputed Institutions. Currently she is preparing to become a registered member of the RQTU (Register of Qualifications in Test Use) maintained by the British Psychological Society (BPS)
Currently a 2nd-year student studying at Delhi University. With her choices of subjects being varied like a Major degree in Literature and a Minor degree in Economics, she has great communication skills and knowledge about the market too. She has been quite active in her college societies, Aditi is the core team member of the Placement and Career Development cell and Vice President of Youth India society. She is a team leader and knows that smart work and hard work go hand in hand
